Your development team, under your name.

You have the clients and the ideas. I'm Youssef, a developer since 2014, and I build the websites, stores, apps and automations your clients ask for, delivered as your work. You keep the client, the brand and the invoice.

    What you can hand over

The jobs agencies usually turn down, or hand to a freelancer they then have to chase.

    Websites

Brochure sites and landing pages from your designs, or designed with you. WordPress, Webflow or custom code.

    Online stores

Catalogue, payments, delivery and stock, with a short training for the owner.

    Web apps

Client portals, booking flows, dashboards and MVPs, in React and Next.js.

    Automations and AI

The admin behind a campaign: forms into a CRM, lead routing, document handling, assistants trained on the client's own material.

    Your client stays yours

This is written into every agreement, not just said on a call.

    I never contact your client

Not during the project, not after it. If your client reaches out to me directly, I send them back to you.

    No trace of my brand

No credit in the footer, no link back, no logo. Emails, documents and handover go out under your name, or through you.

    NDA on request

Happy to sign yours before you share the brief or the client's name.

    The work is your client's

Once the job is paid, the code, the accounts and the access are handed over. Nothing stays locked on my side.

    How a project runs

    1. Step 1

      The brief

You send what the client wants, in your words. A short call if it helps.

    2. Step 2

      Scope and price

A written scope and a fixed price at partner rates. You add your margin on top.

    3. Step 3

      The build

A staging link from the first week, and written progress updates twice a week, so you always know where it stands without asking.

    4. Step 4

      Handover

Live site or app, access, and a short document you can pass on to your client.

    Start with one small job

You don't need to trust me with an important client on day one. Send me something small, and judge me on it.

    • A landing page for a campaign
    • One automation, such as a form wired into a CRM
    • A website audit (SEO, speed and security) that you can put in front of a client

Fixed price agreed before I start, at partner rates, and nothing to pay upfront. You pay once it's delivered, and only if you're happy with the quality and the speed. If not, you owe nothing, and you've risked one small job, not a client.

Partner rates are 30% below the prices on my pricing page, so your margin is set before you add your own.

    What a partner says

"Je recommande Youssef à 100%. Développeur talentueux, qui comprends parfaitement les enjeux liés à vos projets web. Nous avons travaillé ensemble sur de nombreux projets, parfois très complexes, Youssef a toujours été à la hauteur."
Michael Meunier, SEO consultant · LinkedIn recommendation

I also build and run my own products

Software I designed, shipped and still maintain, so you can see the standard of the work.

    The questions agencies ask

You're in Morocco. What about time zones?

Casablanca is within an hour of Paris, London and Brussels all year, so we work the same hours. For Canada and the US I overlap your mornings; for Australia and New Zealand the work moves forward overnight and is waiting for you.

Which languages do you work in?

French and English, written and spoken. Briefs, updates and handover documents in whichever your client uses.

    Who actually does the work?

I do, as a senior developer. On bigger projects I bring in freelancers I have worked with before, and I review everything they ship. You always deal with me.

How do contracts and invoices work?

A short written agreement per project, or one framework agreement for repeat work. Invoices in euros or US dollars. The first small job is paid on delivery, only if you're happy with it; after that, a deposit before work starts and the rest at agreed milestones.

What if a client comes back with a bug after launch?

Send it to me. Anything that doesn't match the agreed scope, I fix. New requests are quoted the same way as the first job.

Do I have to commit to a volume?

No exclusivity, no minimum, no retainer. Send work when you have it.

Have a project on your desk?

Tell me what your client needs. You'll get a written scope and a fixed price back.
