01The short version
Morocco Motorbike has no account to create and no server of its own. Your routes and your trips are stored on your iPhone. We cannot see them, because they are never sent to us.
There is no analytics, no advertising and no third-party tracking code in the app. The one thing that leaves your phone is the request Apple Maps makes to draw the map you are looking at.
02Who publishes the app
Morocco Motorbike is published by Youssef Bitar, Auto-entrepreneur (Morocco), trading as Develop Better Solutions, Résidence Al Kawtar, Sidi Moumen, 20630 Casablanca, Morocco. Auto-entrepreneur No. 002112908000094, tax identifier (IF) 26051294. For anything about this policy or about the app, write to info@develop-better-solutions.com.
03What stays on your phone
Everything you put into the app, and everything it records, stays in the app's own storage on your iPhone:
- the routes you save, plan or import
- the trips you record, and the track of a ride while it is being recorded
- your notes, names and settings
We have no copy of any of it. There is no account, no sign-in and no server belonging to us for the app to send anything to.
04Location
The app asks for your location so it can record where a ride went and show where you are on the map. It uses location only while a ride is being recorded or while you have the app open with the map on screen. When you stop recording, it stops.
Your position and the track of your ride are written to your phone and nowhere else. We do not upload them, we do not share them, and we do not sell them.
You can refuse the location permission, or withdraw it later in iOS Settings. The app still works; it simply cannot record where you went.
05What the app does not do
- No account, no email address, no password.
- No analytics, no crash-reporting service, no advertising.
- No third-party SDKs collecting anything in the background.
- No profiles, no advertising identifiers, no selling or sharing of personal information.
06Maps
The maps are drawn by Apple Maps, which is part of iOS. To draw them, your iPhone asks Apple's servers for the map tiles covering the area shown on screen, so Apple sees which area is being displayed while a map is open. That exchange is between your iPhone and Apple, and it is covered by Apple's own privacy policy, not by this one. We receive nothing from it.
07Backups
If you back up your iPhone, the backup may include the app's data along with everything else on the device. That backup belongs to you and is handled by Apple or by your computer, under their terms. We have no access to it.
08Deleting your data
You can delete a route or a trip inside the app at any time. Deleting the app removes its storage from your iPhone, and with it everything the app held. Since we never had a copy, there is nothing left for us to delete on our side.
09Your rights
Data protection law gives you rights of access, correction, deletion and objection, under the GDPR in Europe, Law 09-08 in Morocco, and the equivalent rules elsewhere. They apply to personal information a company holds about you, and for this app we hold none: there is nothing on our side to show you, correct or erase. If you write to us at info@develop-better-solutions.com, we will of course hold your email while we answer it, and we handle that the way our website privacy policy describes.
10Changes to this policy
If a future version of the app changes what it does with your information, this page changes with it, before that version reaches the App Store. The date at the top tells you which version you are reading.
