Certificates watched so they renew before they expire and visitors never see a browser warning.
Small fixes
A capped amount of time each month for small changes: a broken link, a new price, a form that stopped sending.

What was updated, the state of the backups and the last restore test, uptime, and what we fixed.

We review the site or server, its hosting and its current backups, and tell you about anything urgent before you sign up.

You give us access. We set up monitoring and backups and run a first round of updates.

Nothing has to be moved. The hosting, the domain and the backups are already in your name.
What is not included
- New features, new pages or a redesign: quoted as a project
- Work beyond the included time, billed hourly and agreed with you before we start
- Emergencies outside the included time, such as a hacked site, billed hourly
- Catch-up work on a site that has gone a long time without updates, quoted once before the plan starts
- The hosting, the domain and paid licences, which stay in your name and are billed to you
- A firewall in front of the site, access audits and malware cleanup: that is the Security service

A website package's monthly fee
When we build your site and host it, its monthly fee already covers this upkeep. The care plan is for sites and servers hosted in your own name, built by us or by someone else.
Security
Security adds a firewall in front of the site, access audits, file-change monitoring, and help when a site is already infected. The care plan is the routine upkeep underneath.
Server setup
Server setup is a one-off job to build a server properly. The care plan keeps it updated and backed up afterwards.
Questions, answered
You did not build our site. Can you still look after it?
Yes, in most cases. We start with a first look. If the site is in a state where updating it would break it, we say so and quote the catch-up work before the plan starts.
What happens when the included time runs out?
We tell you before going over. Extra work is billed hourly, and only once you have agreed to it.
What counts as a small fix?
Something that takes minutes to an hour: changing a text or a price, fixing a broken link or form, replacing an image. A new page or a new feature is a project, and we quote it.
Which sites and servers do you look after?
WordPress and other common CMSs, static sites, sites built with modern JavaScript frameworks, and Linux servers. If your site runs on something unusual, we tell you after the first look.
