Emails that arrive, not in spam.

When your invoices, quotes or replies end up in your clients' spam folder, the cause is often a domain that cannot prove it is allowed to send them. We fix the records that prove it, check them against what Google and Yahoo require, and tell you in plain words what was wrong.

    What you get

    SPF

One correct record listing every service allowed to send email for your domain.

    DKIM

Your outgoing email signed, so receiving servers can check it really came from you and was not altered.

    DMARC

A policy that tells receiving servers what to do with email that fails those checks, and sends you reports about it.

    Checked against Google and Yahoo

Your setup checked against the sender requirements Google and Yahoo apply to email reaching their users.

    Every sending service

Your mailbox, and also your website's contact form, your newsletter tool and your invoicing software.

    A short report

What was wrong, what we changed, and what to keep an eye on, in a page or two.

    How it works

    1. Step 1

      Tell us the symptoms

Which emails land in spam, sent from which tool, and to which kinds of address.

    2. Step 2

      Access to your DNS

You give us access to where your domain is managed, or we send you the exact records to add.

    3. Step 3

      Fix and test

We correct the records, send test emails to Gmail, Outlook and Yahoo, and check how they arrive. Usually within 24 hours of access.

    4. Step 4

      Report

You receive the short report. DMARC reports then start arriving, so a new problem shows up early.

    What it costs

    Currency

    From

    $200

A fixed price for one domain and the services that send email for it. Further domains are quoted separately.

    See all prices

    Billed to you directly

    • Your email provider's subscription, such as Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.
    • A paid DMARC monitoring tool, only if you want one. The free reports are enough for most small businesses.

    What is not included

    • Cleaning a mailing list or reworking the content of a marketing campaign
    • Getting your domain or server removed from a blocklist, which is quoted after a first look
    • Moving your mailboxes to a new email provider
    • A guarantee that every email reaches the inbox: the receiving provider decides, and content and sending habits count too

    Questions, answered

Will this guarantee my emails reach the inbox?

No one can guarantee that, because Gmail, Outlook and Yahoo each decide for themselves. What this removes is the most common reason for landing in spam: a domain that cannot prove its email is genuine. If the cause is something else, such as a blocklist or the content of your emails, the report says so.

What are SPF, DKIM and DMARC, in short?

Three records on your domain. SPF lists who may send email for you. DKIM signs your email so it cannot be altered in transit unnoticed. DMARC tells receivers what to do when an email fails those checks, and reports back to you.

Can a wrong DMARC setting stop my own emails?

Yes, which is why we start with a monitoring policy, read the reports, and only then tighten it. Switching straight to a strict policy can block your own invoicing tool if nobody listed it.
